Q: What is my tracking number?

A: Your tracking number will be sent to you after your order has been shipped. To check the progress of your order, click the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email or enter the tracking number into the tracking page on our website. If you need assistance or have any further questions, please contact us and we will help you find your tracking information.

Q: How do I make changes to my order?

A: At Kitchen Pals, we ship out our orders to you as soon as possible. Because of this, changes to your shipping address and payment can not be made to your order. However, we can update your contact information. If you need to make changes to your email or phone number, please contact us and we will update it for you.

Q: What if I need to cancel my order?

A: Typically, you have one day after your order is placed to cancel it. We cannot cancel an order that has already been shipped. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us and we will see what we can do, but we can not guarantee that we will be able to successfully cancel your order.

Q: What if I am unsatisfied with my product?

A: We want to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied with our products. If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason, we offer a 10 day money back guarantee. Just contact us and we will initiate a return.

Q: When will I receive a reply after I contact Kitchen Pals?

A: We will send you a response ASAP, typically within 24 hours.

Q: Why doesn't the price in checkout match the price in my cart?

A: Up until checkout, product prices will be displayed in your country's currency. However, due to security reasons, all orders are processed in USD at the most recent exchange rate available. We apologize for any confusion.
